Please call requests to the DID office between the hours of
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday at 610-376-6424
or you can speak directly to one of the Ambassadors on duty,
Monday through Saturday, by dialing the cellular phone at
484-955-0315. Please call 20 minutes prior to pickup.

Escort service is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Please be prepared to provide the following information at the time of your request:

· Exact time escort will be needed (please cal at least 20 minutes in advance)
· Location where you will be waiting (specific entrance/exit)
· Number of people to be escorted
· Name of person or leader of group being escorted
· Destination(s)
· Name, company, and phone of person arranging escort
